This fish release effort was initiated by Betty Bauman, of MetroMedia Marketing, Inc., a marketing and public relations firm and parent company of the "Ladies, Let's Go Fishing!" University series. With 7,000 LLGF seminar graduates, there's a lot of women who have a new love for fishing, plus an enhanced regard for the importance of conservation.

 

The organizers of LLGF teamed up with the Save Our Seas Foundation to build a plat form whereby anglers could learn how to release fish.
